TOLLING THE BOATS MEMORIAL CEREMONY<\/strong><\/p>\n SAVE THE DATE<\/strong><\/p>\n The event, commemorating lost U.S. submarines and their crews, will be held at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery (McCrory Lane) on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. [Not the National Cemetery in Madison] \u00a0Please RSVP for the event so we can plan to accommodate our guests.<\/p>\n The Tolling will reflect on the service and valor of the 3,888 men who volunteered for arduous duty under the seas, mostly in combat, aboard the 67 U.S. submarines lost.<\/p>\n You can read more about the Tolling ceremony in this background note written by our USSVI Perch (Phoenix) Base Brothers.
